Hi everyone, Dunkey Duck here,
I am very excited because in four sleeps I am going on a big adventure. I am going with my temporary foster carers Jeannie and Eddie and have decided to keep a diary of my adventure, which I will send to Toni at AFA, and this is the first page....

On Friday 1st November we held a bowling event at Hollywood Bowl for all children and young people aged 11+.
There were some excellent bowlers who managed some very high scores, including a few strikes!!! There were also some newcomers to bowling who were quick to learn the game, and left with a new skill....
Thanks to those who have already responded to our request for nominations to sit on the AFA Children and Young Peron’s Consultation Panel. This is an exciting chance for you to share your ideas about activity days and to decide what you want to see on the AFA Kids Website. There’s still time to nominate yourself, so if you’re aged 10+ and would like the opportunity to Have Your Say, we want to hear from you!
Afa has given me such a lovely foster family, I think that it has opened up a wide range of opportunity’s for me. If you’re new to being fostered I would not worry about it or worry what will happen in the future, I would only think about what you can do to succeed in life and how to beat your goals for only you can beat your own goals in life and achieve your full potential. I hope this helps.
On Saturday the 18th of May, AFA-sponsored Swanton Morley Rovers (Under 9s) Football Team visited the world-renowned Carrow Road, home of the mighty Norwich City, for the Jeremy Goss Tournament. They won both of their games, and each player got a medal. Well done boys!
